Mid week Weigh in

Weighed myself this morning... 111.5kg... so down 1.5kg since Sunday... some of that might have to do with hydration but I'm not so sure. Anyways, I'll take it.

Run tonight - another 4x2min Run/4min Walks
Tomorrow - A quick ride (30km) only an hour or so to work out the kinks of the bike being transported.
